Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data marked as necessary, prevents the registration or submission of orders. If the processing of data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, before entering into a contract, it is necessary to provide the necessary and definite data.

§6 Profiling

In order to provide the most suitable offer tailored to your needs and for the purposes necessary to conclude or perform the contract between the data subject (usually you) and us, and in the event of express consent of the data subject, we can use "profiling" , which means the form of automated processing of personal data, which involves the use of personal data to assess some of the personal person's personal factors, in particular to analyze or forecast aspects relating to personal preferences and interests - e.g. what interests you in our offer and in which formula, color. Decisions

as to the sending of a personalized offer a discount or other advantage can be made automatically on the basis of criteria such as gender, date of birth, website addresses in which purchases were made, the number and frequency of purchases, the amount of purchases planned. Once the criteria have been met, the IT system automatically sends information about the granted benefit, eg discount. You can use the granted benefit on the terms specified in the information on granting it, or opt out of it. In the case of data processing for purposes of direct marketing, including profiling, processing based on our legitimate interest, for scientific, historical and statistical purposes, data subjects have the right to object, due to the particular situation of the data subject. We do not make decisions that rely solely on automated processing, including profiling, and significantly affect you as the data subject. We implement appropriate measures to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the data subject, and at least the right to obtain human intervention from the Administrator, to express his own position and to challenge the decision resulting from the automated processing of data.

You have the right to object to the profiling of your data. The consequence of your opposition may be the fact that the marketing information sent to you may not coincide with your needs / interests and that you will not be able to take advantage of our discount offer, because the amounts of previously issued money will not be automatically processed, and so the discount do not account automatically.
