Where can your products be bought?
The ordered items may be taken from our warehouse by our client personally. We send also by means of the DPD courier our commodities. In some cases our products are delivered by means of our own transportation. There also exists a possiblity of ordening products by hand of our distribiutors. How can I order your products?
We aCcept orders by e-mail or fax. The commodity is send after the payment upon our bank account, or it can be paid upon delivery. However, upon shipping in case of the option payment upon delivery there is accounted an additional fee of 20 Polish zloty.
What should an order include?
The order should include the specification of the type and amount of products in running meters ( one should bear in mind the additional cm needed in case of the 45 degree cut), the complete data in order to set out an invoice one has to specify the form of payment, contact data and cell phone number.
What is the time of realisation?
Exterior crown moldings which are available in our warehouse are delivered within 48 hours from the point of payment. Architectonic elements which are produced upon the order we deliver usually within 7 working days form the moment of payment. The time of realisation may be prolonged because of the type of an gross order.
How much does the delivery cost?
The prize of the transportation is conditioned on the amount of ordered product. Of no difference is the delivery to the location within the boarders of Poland. By transportation with a courier firm the prize for a window –band is 40 zloty. 40 running meters is the maximum amount of window batters in a package. In case of cornices, under the windowsills and others arichtectual elements the prize is established with the customer individually.
Doesn’t stucco-work damage itself during transportation?
The packages are protected with a foamed polystyrene surface. Additionally, every delivery is secured with a 5000 zl. Insurance. In case of noticing a package damage one is suggested to inform the Courier and fill the application form which is in his possesion. Only in this situation we will be able to addmit a claim.
What is the minimum order?
Every order will be realised.
Is it possibile to receive an exempel?
We do send exempels of our products the cost is 35 zloty brutto
What with the resistance to weather conditions of cornices?
Cornices are made of a hardened styropor with a polymer-quartz surface which does posses a great stamina in the weather conditions found in Poland.
Are your prouducts under warranty?
We give a two-year guarrancy according to the regulations. Time has shown that after 10 years our products are still showing no signs of alternation.
What is the lenght of the elements?
The standard length is 200 cm +/- 1
What are your architectonic detalis made from?
Our stucco-work is made of attested and permitted to sales in building industry materiale such as : Foamed Polystyrene EPS 100 , EPS 200, styrodur XPS, flexible water and Frost resistent layer based on spatula used in warming systems and quartz. All of our products can be covered with elevetaion paint. (able to dilute in water)
How do your products look like?
The exterior covering is securing a special mortar which is creating a homogenus layer in a petite structure very much resembling the structure of a sandstone.
Is it possibile to use your cornices as a form of building warming?
Cornices are perfectly tailored to the usage for any type of walls e.g– on traditional stucco, elevations made from stone and bricks and especially buildings secured on the exterior with styropor, as well as mineral wool, where the montage of bigger elements is very diffcult. One has only to adjust the proper glue to the wall.
On which stage of the building process, your profiles are to be montaged?
Our architectonical elements should be montaged after the warming and reinforocment of the walls is done, but before the ending jobs such as : putting of the structural plaster on the wall or painting. (for warmed buildings). You may also montage our profiles afterwards, remebering to use the proper glue. The montage on already finished elevations is more time – consuming because of the rough walls. However, by means of a precise ending usually it is enough tgo make small painting changes.
Is the montage difficult?
The technology of the montage is easy. There are no Professional tools needed. The cornices are light and flexible which makes easier the montage itself.
Do you produce for renovation purposes and can you recreate architectonical items according to the pattern?
Yes. We produce all sorts of cornices and many more architectonical details for renovation purposes.
Is there a possibillity of ordening profiles cut for an conrete size?
Of course it is possibile; however, one has to add an 15 % fee for one running meter of a given batter. Lenght of the profiles can not be longer than 200 cm.
Do you produce arches and how much do they cost?
Virtually, we are able to cut out almost every arch that our client needs. The prize of the arch is 100% more expensive than the prize of the profiles running meter, from which the arch should be produced. His lenght is always to be measured on the outside.
How to measure an arch window?
For window and door openings ended with a half of an circle it is enough to give the diameter measured form the inside opening; minus 5 mm for possibile inequalitnes of the arch to cover with the profile. Afterwards even the interior opening with the edge of the profile by using spatula.
What if the archi is not a half of an circle but its extract?
For window and door openings ended with a different circle one has to give two measurments : The diameter of the arch measured inside of the opening, and the height of the arch measured from the arch bottom to its heighest point.
What if the arch is an ellipse?
In this case is a template needed whcich one can make from plywood or cardboard; thereafter, send us the template.
How to estimate the lenght of the needed profiles?
By estimating the lenght of the bend one has to remember of adding one width of the band to the height of the opening and two widths of the band to the width of the opening. It is recommended to add some additional 2 - 3 cm on each side.
How to measure the lenght of the underwindowsills?
The lenght of the underwindowsill should be the minimum of the opening in the window width plus double of the width batter applicated around the window.
Do you cut the windowsills on the required length?
Of course, the prize of every underwindowsill includes already the cut to the needed lenght and fabric made endings of the underwindowsill. One has only to give the specific lenght to which the batters are to be cut. |
