Yourself

1.Tools needed

- Measuring instrument
- Grinder to adjust the profiles
- Spatula
- Brush
- container with water
- container with WMB mortar
- A container with Spatula glue used in the heating system.

2. Preperation before the montage

- Measure and mark spots on the wall where the profiles should be placed.
- Cut the profiles on the exact size.
- Preapre and put on the the glue substance on the inner side of the batters.
-Preapre the WMB mortar.
Caution! Please do not cover the profile joints with the spatula glue.

3. Montage

- We stick the profiles with regard to the previously marked points on the wall. We position them in a way so that all angles should preserve regural gaps. (if there is such a necessity). It is vitally important as it translates on the final aesthetic and visual effect of our elevation. The same thing applies to cleanissness, when it comes to the covering with the glue substance.
- Cover with the prepared mortar the inner side of the joint between the profiles so that after you squeezed the profiles to each other, a small amount of mortar should come out.
- Surplus of the squeezed mortar spread with the palette-knife in a way that an homogenous surface emerges, between two profiles. After filling the whole surface with spatula, when the mortar begins to bond, we advise to use a wet brush with water. One more time smooth joints filled with spatula. We also recommend filling with spatula all free spaces between the wall and the profile, what will help in preventing water coming inside and protect from waterstains.

The above text is only a guide, which purpose is to help in self-reliant montage. Our company does not take responsibility nor accepts any sort of appeal because of possible complaints as well as carless handling of joints in montage of the profiles !!!
