Toothing Battens

Toothing stones is a weld highlithing the groove stone giving the facade a monumental character. Toothing stones or toothing battens can be applied to the entire facade or only on the plinth, pillars, walls and corners. This is a very original architectural decorative element. The product is made of high quality expanded polystyrene EPS 200, EPS 100 which is coated with a special high-grade type of polymer-plaster imitating the look of natural quartz sandstone.

Our battens to be made as toothing batten are produced in the same thickness as the standard strofoam plates used in the warming system. (50 mm, 80 mm, 100mm, 120mm....) The whole decorative groove is covered with our polymer - quartz plaster.
